The sessions are focused on body awareness and letting go of stress and tension through gentle movement and the soft playing of instruments that coax us into a relaxed state of body and mind.
Restful Rhythm's yoga is gentle yoga suitable for all abilities, ages, shapes, and sizes. You don't have to be flexible, athletic, or young and beautiful to practise yoga!
You don't need any previous experience either - everyone is welcome.
Yoga classes focus on gently opening the body and stretching and lengthening muscles to help release tension and stress.
Encourage humour, a light-hearted attitude, and playful exploration. 💫
Sound healing is an ancient practice for wellness and self-care, and sound baths are an effective way to relax and reduce stress.
During Restful Rhythm's sound sessions, you'll lie down in a cosy setting with cushions, blankets, and whatever else you need to feel comfortable and at ease.
You'll be guided to relax and let go using gentle breathwork and tension-releasing movements. Instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes, with their frequency and resonance, will guide you deeper into relaxation.
All you need to do is enjoy the sounds and allow them to wash over you.
Many people worry about falling asleep and snoring during a sound bath. This is perfectly normal, so don't let it be a barrier to your participation. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. 💫
