Hatha-style yoga sessions focus on body awareness and releasing stress and tension through gentle, mindful movement.
Together, we gently open the body, stretching and lengthening muscles. The breath guides the movements, and you’re encouraged to work within your own body’s abilities.
Sasha’s yoga sessions are gentle and suitable for all abilities, ages, shapes, and sizes.
You don’t need to be flexible, athletic, or young and beautiful to practise yoga.
No previous experience is needed – everyone is welcome.
All classes encourage humour, a light-hearted attitude, and playful exploration. 💫

Sound healing is an ancient practice for wellness and self-care, and sound baths are a deeply effective way to relax and reduce stress.
During Sasha’s sound sessions, you’ll lie down in a cosy, supportive setting with cushions, blankets, and anything else you need to feel comfortable and at ease.
You’ll be gently guided to relax and let go through simple breath awareness and tension-releasing movements. Instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes are used, with their frequency and resonance supporting a deeper sense of rest.
All you need to do is enjoy the sounds and allow them to wash over you.
Many people worry about falling asleep or even snoring during a sound bath — this is completely normal and nothing to feel self-conscious about.
