Hatha style Yoga sessions focus on body awareness and releasing stress and tension through gentle and mindful movement.
Together we focus on gently opening the body and stretching and lengthening muscles. Our breath guides the movements and you are encouraged to work to your body's own abilities.
Restful Rhythm's yoga is gentle yoga suitable for all abilities, ages, shapes, and sizes. You don't have to be flexible, athletic, or young and beautiful to practise yoga!
You don't need any previous experience either - everyone is welcome.
All classes encourage humour, a light-hearted attitude, and playful exploration. 💫
Sound healing is an ancient practice for wellness and self-care, and sound baths are an effective way to relax and reduce stress.
During Restful Rhythm's sound sessions, you'll lie down in a cosy setting with cushions, blankets, and whatever else you need to feel comfortable and at ease.
You'll be guided to relax and let go using gentle breathwork and tension-releasing movements. Instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes, with their frequency and resonance, will guide you deeper into relaxation.
All you need to do is enjoy the sounds and allow them to wash over you.
Many people worry about falling asleep and snoring during a sound bath. This is perfectly normal, so don't let it be a barrier to your participation. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. 💫
